SaaS Churn churn churn

I admit my own software is not super mission critical for business, and churns for my software (churn = people who unsubscribe from my software monthly plan) has been consistent since end of December 2025. There are almost 0 new subscribers every day, yet I am losing 3-6 customers a day, this suck.

I am not sure what the next steps are, perhaps I need to optimize my software UX? lower my pricing? (I have new competitors giving away apps for free!) make new features? do more marketing? spend on ads? try to make new software?

I am stuck, I understand churns are outside my control (I can't really force someone to not unsubscribe, unlike some shady big companies that hide the cancellation button and ask you to call them to cancel) , somehow I get very upset and sad when I see one person unsubscribe my app, unsubscribe feels like a gut punch, saying "your software is not good enough, gotta go".

Let's talk a walk outside and touch grass, Axel.

SaaS = Software as a Service, usually refers to software that requires monthly payments.
